Credit Solutions to Double Work Force, Lease New SpaceMarch 5, 2008 — Credit Solutions, the largest for-profit debt management company in the United States, plans to more than double the size of its current 700 employee workforce, and to accommodate the new growth is moving to a new 282,000 square foot building next month. The new building is located in the Galatyn Park business complex at 2370 Performance Dr., Building D. This move sets a precedent in the 2008 Dallas commercial leasing market since the size of the leased space makes it one of the largest leases in the Dallas market this year.
